A break between two panel sessions at Aiesec Global Leaders Summit Tunis 2010, is not your typical conference break...
What I learned about AIESEC today is that this is a truly qualitative student association. About 200 presidents and presidents-elect came together in Tunis for a 10 day long conference starting last week. These young people are intensely busy shaping their organisation, and hence the world, as they have a 50,000 worldwide membership. The leadership issues I discussed with them were refreshing. I hope to see a lot of them in senior management positions, governments, politics and ngo's the next 15 years.
